We are seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant to join the school’s team. You will support children with emotional, learning, and behavioural difficulties within the learning support class, working either in small groups or one-to-one. This temporary position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and boost your confidence while making a meaningful impact on pupils’ learning.

Key Qualifications and Experience

Minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification
Proven experience in one-to-one support for pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN)
TEAM Teach qualification is desirable but not essential
Strong classroom management skills
