Overview

Job title: Regional Account Manager (United Kingdom)
Location: Remote/Hybrid – UK-based (with travel to client sites, London or Glasgow preferred)

Responsibilities
  • Champion a portfolio of existing high-value accounts while bravely hunting for exciting new business (60% account management, 40% new business)
  • Creatively expand, refresh and strengthen relationships across technical, procurement, and management stakeholders
  • Deliver inspired results, focusing on growth and profitability, with vibrant support from experienced leadership
  • Travel regularly to customer sites, trade events, and networking opportunities, building a winner’s presence in the market
  • Proactively create, own and execute structured growth plans—your impact will be visible and celebrated
Qualifications
  • Winner’s mindset with 10–20 years’ B2B sales experience (maritime, chemicals, lubricants, coatings, or similar preferred)
  • Determined, creative and commercially-driven, hungry for uncapped earning potential
  • Qualified, brave communicator with a proven ability to build strong relationships with technical and business leaders
  • Motivated to work independently and flexible to travel (up to 50% of your time)
