NW Total Engineered Solutions Ltd. is a specialist manufacturing and engineering company focused on delivering high–quality process equipment packages. Our facility is equipped with a broad range of core capabilities, enabling us to manufacture and rigorously test a diverse array of equipment.

We have particular expertise in pipe welding and mechanical fitting, which are central to the projects we undertake. Additionally, we offer in–house Level 2 weld inspection and non–destructive testing (NDT) services, ensuring the highest standards of quality and reliability across all our work.

37.5 hours, Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm and Friday 8am–12pm

• Develop robust, compliant design solutions from client specifications and national standards.
• Create detailed 3D CAD models (Inventor or Solid Works) and 2D manufacturing drawings (AutoCAD).
• Produce and verify design calculations to ensure accuracy and safety.
• Collaborate with cross–functional teams including projects, production, and supply chain.
• Apply lessons learned and continuously improve design processes.
• Support project delivery within budget, quality, and time targets.

• Degree in Engineering or similar discipline.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Inventor, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong mechanical design knowledge (experience with pressure systems, pumps, and pipework is a plus).
• Logical, analytical, and innovative problem–solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
