Project Manager Associate, Offshore Wind – Vattenfall

Are you looking to kick‑start your career in renewable energy? Join our Offshore Wind team as a Project Manager Associate and develop your skills in project management and data analytics. You’ll play a key role in supporting projects that keep our offshore wind sites running smoothly.

• Assist in planning and coordinating projects for offshore wind operations.
• Use Power BI to create dashboards and reports that track project performance and KPIs.
• Support site teams with tools, spare parts, and documentation readiness.
• Help manage contractor schedules and statutory inspections.
• Maintain accurate project data in SAP and ensure smooth IT rollouts.
• Collaborate with Site Managers and central teams to keep projects on track.

• Exposure to renewable energy projects that make a real impact.

• A degree in engineering (marine, mechanical, or related field) or equivalent technical education.
• Project management background, ideally in the energy or offshore industry.
• Familiarity with O&M environments and knowledge of wind turbine operations.
• Strong working knowledge of Power
  
  BI, SAP, RAMS, contractor onboarding, and compliance processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, you’ll be coordinating across teams, regions, and disciplines.
