Adecco is currently seeking a Warehouse Associate for a full-time opportunity based in Orillia, Ontario, offering a competitive hourly rate of $25-$30/hour.
In this role, you will play a key part in managing and optimizing warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, timely order fulfillment, and a safe, efficient work environment. This position reports directly to the Sr. Field Service Supervisor and is ideal for someone detail-oriented who enjoys driving process improvements and working cross-functionally.
- Pay rate: $25-$30/hour
- Location: Orillia, ON
- Job type: Full-time | Temporary
- Schedule:
Monday - Friday
- Oversee the receiving, storing, and shipping of products within the warehouse
- Ensure accurate inventory management through regular cycle counts and audits
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and fulfill customer orders
- Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols and procedures
- Train and support warehouse staff to maintain high performance and productivity
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement process enhancements
- Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage inventory accurately and efficiently
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment
- Proven ability to identify and support process improvements
