Immediate need for fleet manager seeking
Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are hiring an experienced Fleet Manager to oversee our commercial truck fleet and ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily fleet operations (tractors, trailers, equipment)

• Ensure compliance with DOT / MTO / FMCSA, ELD, HOS, IRP & IFTA regulations

• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, inspections, and vendors

• Monitor fleet performance, uptime, and operating costs

• Maintain accurate driver and compliance documentation

• Support accident investigations and insurance claims

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years fleet or transportation management experience

• Strong knowledge of commercial vehicle regulations

• Experience managing Class 8 equipment

• Strong knowledge of DOT, MTO, HOS, ELD, IFTA, IRP, CVOR regulations

• Solid understanding of heavy-duty diesel maintenance

• Budget management and vendor coordination experience

• Experience with fleet management software and telematics systems

• Strong organization and leadership skills

• Post-secondary education in transportation, logistics, or business preferred

• Transportation safety certifications (asset)
