, you will support residents’ health, independence, and well-being by providing safe, reliable, and courteous transportation. By ensuring timely arrivals and a comfortable, secure journey, you help create positive experiences every day. As an individual and part of a wider team, you will be a strong contributor to the culture of the home, where the focus is always on helping residents live fully, every day.

Transporting residents to scheduled activities and assists residents when they are getting on or off the bus and when they cross the street when the bus is stopped to ensure their safetyObserving the speed limit and road signsEnsuring the maintenance of the bus such as filling the gas tank and windshield washer fluid, checking tire pressure, checking the oil and the cleanliness of the busMaintaining the internal cleanliness of the busCarrying out, if needed, all related tasks in order to ensure the continuity and the quality of the services.Performing other duties as assignedWhat you need to know:
High School Diploma or equivalentAppropriate provincial driving permit for a busClean Drivers Abstract1-2 years of experience as a driverMust have effective verbal and written English communication skillsExperience in customer serviceYou must be legally eligible to work in Canada or have a valid work/study permitYou must successfully pass a Vulnerable Sector Check and Criminal Records CheckSienna Senior Living may utilize artificial Intelligence to screen or assess applicants for this positionSienna Senior Living is committed to employment equity, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace.
