About the role
This position sits within the AOD Outreach cluster and is responsible for the delivery of high quality and safe programs. This role is a key leadership position with operational responsibilities for delivering our Public Intoxication Response service. The service includes a 20-bed sobering centre in Collingwood and outreach teams that respond to calls from centralised services intake, referral and dispatch.
The PIR service operates 24/7, and is an onsite position that requires regular after-hours and weekend work including on-call responsibilities on a rotational roster. The Program Facilitator works with the Senior Nurse to ensure service delivery is safe and client centred.
