Innisfil, ON – Full‑time, Monday‑Friday, 42.5 hrs. per week (Day Shift)

• Hourly pay: up to $43.50/hr for 310T licensed technicians
• $2,500 signing bonus for licensed 310T technicians
• Quarterly profit‑sharing bonuses up to $1,500
• Training bonuses up to $3,000 for manufacturer & technician training
• Annual wage increases

• Perform safety inspections, diagnostics, and mechanical repairs on heavy‑duty and niche municipal equipment
• Work on vac trucks, hydro vacs, street sweepers, refuse/recycling trucks, and related vehicles
• Collaborate with the service writer and parts team to ensure efficient service
• Conduct preventative maintenance and maintain a clean, safe workspace

• 310T truck & coach technician license
• 3+ years of experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems
• Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
• Positive attitude, safety‑first mindset, and a team‑oriented approach
• Relevant experience may include heavy‑duty mechanic, field service technician, automotive mechanic, diesel mechanic, shop foreman, etc.
