Job Overview

Ready to suit up as a Tactical Security Guard in Barrie. We are seeking a professional, alert, and tactically aware Security Guard to support safety and order at a high‑traffic site in Barrie. This role requires strong situational awareness, calm decision‑making, and the ability to manage challenging interactions with the public while maintaining a welcoming environment for patrons and staff.

The ideal candidate is confident, disciplined, and experienced in de‑escalation, access control, and removal of unauthorized or disruptive individuals in accordance with local laws.

• Monday to Thursday - 17:15‑21:15

• Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas
• React quickly to threats or incidents
• Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
• Document incidents and actions taken
• Respond to alarms and conduct on‑site checks
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• Hold a valid security license
• First aid certification required
• Ability to stand and walk entire shift
