Position Description
This is not a typical sales role.
You will work directly with the CEO to shape how the company grows, where it competes next, and who it partners with. Your mission is to introduce advanced automation solutions to industries that have not yet experienced their impact.

Build the Growth Roadmap
Help define where the company grows nextIdentify industries, accounts, and opportunities worth pursuingOpen New Doors
Develop leads through outreach, networking, and industry presenceAttend trade shows and events to build visibility and relationshipsDevelop Trusted Relationships
Engage executives, engineers, and operations leadersBuild credibility through insight, professionalism, and follow-throughTranslate Technical Capability into Business Value
Work with engineering teams to show how automation solves real production challengesGuide prospects through proposals, negotiations, and project launchEnsure Strong Starts and Long-Term Success
Transition new customers smoothly to account management teamsMaintain CRM visibility and support sales planningExperience
Experience selling technical or engineered solutionsSuccess opening new markets or developing new customersComfort working with both technical and executive stakeholdersQualifications
Engineering or business education is an assetEng. designation is highly valuedStrong communication and relationship-building abilityTechnical curiosity and ability to understand complex systemsCRM proficiency and willingness to travel for client engagementEducation
P.Eng. designation is highly valued.
