Members of the team will be responsible for detailing the service we provide to clients, scheduling estimates, and connecting with clients on a personal level.

• You will be canvassing door to door offering homeowners free estimates for interior/exterior painting and staining.

• You will receive training on how to pitch, objection handle, and book estimates with clients!

Job Requirements

• Outgoing, energetic, and motivated.

• Ability to work individually as well as in a team environment.

• Prior experience with customer service / sales / marketing is a plus but not required.

• Goal/result oriented.

• Must be willing to work outdoors

• Reliable transportation

• 8-20 hrs/week (flexible schedule), 3-4hr shifts
