Position Summary
Our Store Manager will lead our wireless retail store. The Store Manager is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, achieving sales targets, managing daily operations, and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a team of sales associates. Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback and recognition. Foster a positive and inclusive team culture focused on results and customer service.
Sales & Customer Experience Lead the store in personal sales. Drive store performance to meet and exceed sales and revenue targets. Ensure the team delivers exceptional customer experiences and solutions tailored to customer needs. Monitor and analyze sales trends and adjust strategies accordingly. Perform CRM calls to our client base in order to create more opportunities. Attend Special Events if scheduled and drive awareness of our store in the community.
Operations & Compliance Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, merchandising, and scheduling. Ensure all company policies, procedures, and standards are consistently followed. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment. The Store Manager is responsible for all cash, debit/credit transactions, store inventory, scheduling, fraud prevention and other store operations.
Reporting & Communication Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), sales metrics, and customer feedback. Communicate regularly with upper management on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
