Hourly rate ranges from $19.60 – $19.85 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in various tasks involved in the overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and handling all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with Company policies and procedures.
Requirements- Minimum age 18.
- Prior retail and/or management experience required.
- Physical demands: over 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
