Full Time Hours (Average 4-5 shifts per week)

As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll be part of a team that keeps our ski resort guests smiling - from cozy mittens to mountain-ready merch. Whether it’s Blue Mountain Supply Co., The North Face, Burton, Red Devil Sports or Blue Basin, we have logo wear to mountain essentials for every guest.

• Greet guests with warmth and guide them through our four-part selling style - Welcome, Initiate, Suggest, Help.
• Learn all about our products and help guests find exactly what they need for a great day on the mountain or in the village. (Don’t worry, we do lots of product knowledge training for you!)
• Handle merchandising, inventory, and daily cash-outs like a pro.
• Maintain our high retail standards by keeping the stores looking fresh, organized, and ready for the next wave of skiers and snowboarders.

• Retail experience is preferred but if you’ve never rocked a cash register or folded a mountain of hoodies, we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
• Comfortable working indoors - it can get lively when the slopes are busy!
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, holidays - we’re all about teamwork and good vibes.
• This role is being posted to fill a vacant position.
