Base pay $17.60/hr - $19.36/hr.

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest, helping them find exactly what they’re looking for with a "friends first" mindset. (The AEO Selling Model will be taught.)
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and enthusiastically suggest items that fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between the Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Support teammates and assist in getting the job done.
• Maintain integrity, consistently doing what is right and following AEO policies & procedures.

• Love interacting with people.
• Full of energy and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when guests shop.
• Passionate about AE and Aerie products.
• Experience in retail – practice makes perfect.
• At least 16 years of age.
