Here are the skills we are looking for:
- Necessary experience: A college diploma in a relevant field or several years’ experience in food preparation or service are required.
- Professional experience:
At least two years of relevant experience - Spoken language:
English - Written language:
English
- Establish methods to meet work schedules
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
- Prepare budget and cost estimates, estimate and order ingredients and supplies
- Ensure food service and quality control
- Address customers complaints or concerns
- Prepare and submit reports
- Supervise and check assembly of trays
- Establish work schedules
