Registered Nurse - Visiting

Position Summary

Bayshore Health Care is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to provide high‑quality home and community nursing care. You will utilize your clinical expertise to ensure our clients receive the highest quality nursing care, tailored to their unique needs and preferences. Delivered with empathy, excellence, and reliability, our care prioritizes the comfort and safety of our clients in the community setting.

Availability Required

• Weekdays (Monday to Friday) days and evenings
• Weekend rotation (Saturday and Sunday) days and evenings
• Overnight on‑call: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Education & Certification Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing (evidence required)
• Current RN registration in good standing with the applicable provincial licensing body
• Valid CPR certification (CPR Level C or BLS)

Additional Requirements

• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle

Candidate Screening

• Clear criminal background check with vulnerable sector screening
• Proof of being free from TB
• Two supervisory references

Vaccination Policy
