A leading aerospace and defense company is seeking a CORE Excellence Leader for its Midland facility. This role focuses on driving process improvements and implementing the Operational Excellence initiatives across various teams. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Manufacturing or Operations, at least 3 years of experience, and knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Competitive salary range from 65,000 CAD to 107,800 CAD is offered, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
