Location:
Bracebridge, ON
Hours:
Monday to Saturday, 40 hours per week
Rate of Pay: $1,236.92 - $2,152.80 per week (plus applicable benefits)
Compensation
Compensation for this position is determined by skills, experience, and education. It is aligned with the location's market data, as well as internal equity. Candidates whose qualifications more closely align with the job requirements may be placed higher within the compensation range. Position Description
As a Branch Manager, you will provide excellent leadership and be responsible for managing all branch operational and human resources functions. Specific responsibilities will include:
Promote a sales and service culture through leadership, coaching and employee engagement;
Manage branch credit and wealth management functions;
Manage branch administration and reporting;
Lead business development and growth initiatives to support achievement of branch goals and;
Represent the Credit Union in community related events and organizations.
Qualifications
Post-secondary education with emphasis in business, financial planning or human resources.
Working towards obtaining Mortgage Professional Designation or equivalent
Previous financial services experience with a focus in lending and/or wealth management.
Previous supervisory or management experience.
