What You’ll Do
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and insurance markets
  • Provide expert advice and tailored insurance solutions for personal and commercial lines
  • Drive new business and manage renewals with a focus on client retention and growth
  • Collaborate with a supportive team that values service excellence and professional integrity
What We’re Looking For
  • RIBO License (Required, in good standing) (not required but preferred)
  • Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience (not required but preferred)
  • Proven ability to build and manage a book of business
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for sales and client success
