Process Analyst (Connect Wise / Operations Optimization)Location: Barrie, ON (6-Month Contract)
About the RoleWe’re looking for a detail-oriented Process Analyst to help redesign and optimize how work gets done across our business. This role plays a key part in improving how sales, service delivery, procurement, and billing flow through our Connect Wise Manage (PSA) system.
You’ll analyze existing workflows, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and design smarter, automated processes that enhance data accuracy, speed, and team collaboration. It’s an ideal opportunity for someone who understands how operations and systems intersect — and enjoys translating business needs into real, scalable process improvements.
What You’ll Do- Map & Redesign Workflows: Analyze current processes across sales, service delivery, operations, and billing to uncover bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
- Optimize Connect Wise: Configure and enhance workflows, service boards, automation rules, project templates, and billing processes within Connect Wise Manage (PSA).
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Engineering, Purchasing, and Finance to gather requirements and validate future-state designs.
- Document Clearly: Create process maps, SOPs, and configuration guides that make it easy for teams to understand and adopt changes.
- Support Adoption: Assist in training and change management to ensure successful rollout and long-term improvement.
- 3+ years’ experience in process analysis, business analysis, or operational improvement roles
- Strong understanding of Connect Wise Manage (PSA) — ideally within a telecom, MSP, or IT services environment
- Proven experience redesigning or automating workflows in sales, service delivery, or billing contexts
- Solid grasp of process mapping, documentation, and stakeholder facilitation
- Excellent analytical and communication skills with a collaborative, business-focused mindset
- Experience in telecommunications, managed network services, or IT operations
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or ITIL principles
- Exposure to automation, integrations, or scripting within Connect Wise
- Prior involvement in change management or system adoption projects
