What You’ll Do- Lead full‑cycle recruitment from initial sourcing through offer acceptance
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand needs and craft targeted recruitment strategies
- Review applications, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates against role requirements
- Orchestrate a seamless interview process, coordinating schedules, gathering feedback, and extending offers
- Ensure data integrity within our applicant tracking system
- Support new hire documentation and help create welcoming onboarding experiences
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying efficiencies and refining recruitment processes
- Contribute to broader HR initiatives as needed
- Post‑secondary diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least five years of recruitment experience, preferably within manufacturing environments
- Strong relationship‑building skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Exceptional organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail, even under pressure
- Hands‑on experience with applicant tracking systems
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications like Word, Excel, and Power Point
- CHRP designation or actively pursuing certification an asset

This position involves technologies regulated by the Canadian government’s Controlled Goods Program and the Contract Security Program. In order to obtain the required security clearance, candidates must be Canadian citizens or permanent residents of Canada, have resided in Canada for a minimum of five consecutive years, and meet all other program requirements.
