Qualifications & Experience- Certified Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT) and member in good standing with the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Ontario (CMLTO) is mandatory.
- 2 years’ work experience in a clinical laboratory preferred.
- Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Science an asset.
- Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize care and adapt to unexpected changes in patient acuity.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and decision making skills.
- Excellent assessment skills.
- Interest in and ability to learn new skills.
- Displays and participates in team concept.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and willingness to be flexible to meet department needs.

In order to provide the necessary patient care, our operations run 24/7. There is the expectation that you are available to work weekdays, weekends and all shifts (days, nights, etc.).
