All locations feature state-of-the-art diagnostic and fitting equipment.
- Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments and consultations.
- Recommend personalized hearing solutions tailored to each client’s needs and lifestyle.
- Fit, program, and maintain hearing instruments, completing all associated documentation (including WSIB, DVA, and medical reports).
- Educate clients on their hearing health and available treatment options.
- Provide ongoing follow-up care to ensure long-term success.
- Engage with local communities to build awareness and support.
- Foster a culture of compassion, trust, and clinical excellence within your clinic.
- A licensed (or license-eligible) Hearing Instrument Specialist or Hearing Instrument Dispenser in Ontario.
- Passionate about improving lives through better hearing.
- Skilled in consultative sales, with the ability to match solutions to individual needs.
- A great communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Motivated, professional, and dedicated to team success.
