We have 2 PSW vacancy for Community Client in Midland area to provide care. Shifts may vary from mornings to evenings to overnights and every other weekend.

• Competitive pay starting at $19-$21 based on experience
• Benefits Plan available after working 30+ hours per week*
• 4% Vacation Pay on every pay
• Flexible hours and schedule
• 4 hour shift minimum

• Provide personal care
• Drivers license and reliable car are mandatory for this position.
• Providing cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual support
• Provide behavior support and crisis intervention
• Maintaining open communication with client and their family
• Monitoring care plan and adding documentation with any changes and updates
• Responding to all emergency situations
• All other duties, as assigned

• PSW certification is required
• Valid First Aid/CPR certificate
• Completion of a Police Vulnerable Sector Check within last 6 months
• CPI training is an asset
• Driver's License and own insured vehicle is mandatory
• Satisfactory professional references
• Ability to accurately follow written and verbal instructions
• Must be able to anticipate problems and use sound judgment and tact in handling confidential matters
