You will learn essential skills by observing experienced stylists while providing excellent customer service. Successful candidates may qualify for promotion to a stylist role, provided they meet licensing and performance standards. Ideal candidates will have graduated from an accredited cosmetology school, communicate well, and be tech-savvy.
