The Balance in Life Spa has recently undergone a modern and contemporary facelift and we are looking for an ambitious Esthetician who loves to work in a fresh and engaging environment that is dedicated to providing exceptional services to their clients. We are a very successful spa with an ever expanding clientele with many repeat customers. We are proud in our commitment to offer high end services using the industries best product lines available.

• Exercise qualified and professional treatments in accordance with Spas Ontario Standards
• Abide by the professionally accepted standard of hygiene established by the Ontario Ministry of Health
• Ensure that all equipment and supplies are properly sanitized or discarded
• Attend scheduled meetings to discuss the Spa’s operation
• Keep accurate records of all commissions and gratuities owed
• Maintain a positive and caring service with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude
• Advise clients on skin and body care
• Attend organized seminars or training for therapists and estheticians on improved services or new treatments
• Comply to dress codes and maintain a well-kept and tidy appearance as outlined in the spa’s employee code of conduct documentation
• Follow and complete items on check list
• Comply to hotel policies and procedures
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management

• Aesthetic diploma to meet Provincial regulations and/or accredited associations
• Minimum 2 year’s experience
• Ability to remain standing for long periods of time with frequent bending
• French language skills (verbal and written) are an asset
• All employees at Casino Rama are expected to:
• Comply with the duties of workers or supervisors, as prescribed by Section 27 or 28 of the Occupational Health and Safety Act
• Comply with all applicable Casino Rama Occupational Health and Safety policies, procedures and protocols
• Demonstrate a positive health and safety attitude to ensure Casino Rama continuously provides a safe entertainment destination for patrons and co-workers
