What You Will Do
Plant-level budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting
Cost control and variance analysis, with a clear focus on understanding and acting on drivers
Ownership and ongoing maintenance of standard costs across materials, labour, and overhead
Partnering with operations to identify, track, and deliver cost-saving initiatives
Financial oversight of capital spending, including business cases, approvals, and post-investment reviews
Supporting month-end close related to inventory, WIP, overhead absorption, and COGS
Acting as the day-to-day finance point of contact for the plant while working closely with the central finance team
What We Need
CPA designation or currently pursuing.
Strong knowledge in fundamental accounting principles and activities
Minimum 5 years experience working in a finance-based role within a manufacturing environment.
Experienced within ERP systems, preferably Visual
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently.
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and ability to identify inaccuracies and areas of concern.
Ability to interpret financial data and translate it into operational insights
Comfortable with engaging with on-the-floor manufacturing operations on a daily basis; this role requires direct engagement with our manufacturing teams and operations.

Base Salary - $70,000-$85,000
