Job Summary We are currently seeking an experienced, driven, and dedicated
Engineering Division Leader (Municipal) to join a highly successful multi-disciplinary engineering group based in the Barrie region. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to take on a leadership role with a strong focus on business development,
project management, and
team leadership. The successful candidate will be a progressive, collaborative and energetic professional engineer with at least 8 years of consulting experience, with a strong
engineering leadership background in municipal infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities: Business Development
Identify and pursue project opportunities in both existing and emerging marketsBuild and maintain strong client relationships to generate new businessLead proposal development, including work plans, budgets, and schedulesProject ManagementManage multiple municipal infrastructure projects from inception to completionEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standardsCoordinate with clients, stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and internal teamsTeam LeadershipMentor, develop and lead a team of Project Managers and technical support staffFoster a collaborative and high-performance work environmentSupport career development and technical growth within the groupKey Position RequirementsP.Eng. in the province of Ontario, registered with PEOMinimum of 8-15 years of engineering experience within the consulting engineering sector with a focus on municipal / civil engineering projects such as:
Watermains, Pumping Stations, Sewers, Roads etcMinimum 3+ years of leadership experienceTechnical leader in relevant sectorDemonstrated abilities as a team leader, responsible for managing a team of support staffUndertake business development with a desire to do moreUnderstanding of business metrics and company policies and can work with staff to achieve desired outcomesDemonstrated high level of commitmentStrong, relevant design and project management experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent technical and analytical skillsStrong knowledge of appropriate design and analysis softwareFull knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteUnderstanding of relevant legislation, guidelines and standardsValid Driver’s License and reliable transportationFuze HR Solutions is committed to building a diverse, accessible, and equitable workforce.
