As we continue to grow, our Transportation Engineering department is looking to fill a new role of Project Manager to work out of our Barrie, Collingwood, Guelph or Ottawa office to help lead the completion of transportation design projects. Candidates based in Guelph or Ottawa will also have the opportunity to play a key role in helping grow our presence in those markets.
Responsibilities- Manage multidisciplinary projects to ensure compliance with budgets and schedules
- Provide technical direction and training to junior staff
- Assign and review work of project team and coordinate subconsultants
- Conduct quality reviews
- Coordinate with utility and approval authorities
- Coordinate with clients, including meetings, updates, and presentations
- Write technical reports
- Prepare budgets, work plans, and schedules for proposals
Position Requirements
- A degree/diploma in Civil Engineering
- Registered with Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO)
- A minimum of 5 years of directly relevant experience
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil3D
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple projects and work independently under minimal supervision

Expected Hiring Range for This Position$85,000 to $135,000 Compensation will reflect the unique skills and experience each candidate brings to the role. The posted range serves as a general guideline, and final offers may vary.
