This is a contract, on-site role for a Construction Estimator, located in Barrie, ON. The Construction Estimator will be responsible for creating detailed and accurate cost estimates, performing quantity take-offs, managing project costs, analyzing project proposals, preparing budgets, and ensuring cost efficiencies while maintaining high-quality standards. The candidate will also communicate with stakeholders to provide updates and address project requirements effectively.

• Proficiency in Construction Estimating and performing Quantity Take-offs
• Experience in Cost Management and Budgeting for construction projects
• Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on-site in a dynamic construction environment
• Post-secondary education in construction or a related field is preferred
• Experience with construction estimating software is a plus
