    The Director, Finance, Procurement & Performance provides strategic and operational leadership for financial management, performance reporting, decision support, and health information management in an acute-care environment. Reporting to the Vice President, Corporate Services & Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the Director partners closely with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), clinical and operational leaders, and the Board Resource & Audit Committee to support the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred care while ensuring fiscal sustainability, value for money, and compliance with legislative and funding requirements.

    The Director leads day-to-day financial operations and procurement functions, oversees internal and external financial and statistical reporting, and plays a key role in advancing data-driven decision-making, performance measurement, and responsible purchasing practices.
