Senior Manager, Corporate Affairs
Job PurposeTo provide administrative support to Events Support Team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide general administrative support as required.
- Monitor Event Support email account and triage requests per standard protocols.
- Assist with organizing corporate events which includes pre-event preparation, research, scheduling, communications, (internal/external/company bulletins) agenda creation, ad hoc requests, and post-event follow-up.
- Assist with monthly expense tracking reports and credit card reconciliations.
- Run various errands as required.
- Provide administrative support including scheduling, meeting notes, checklists, and document preparation.
- Maintain event team files, templates, and post-event wrap-up documents.
- Other duties as assigned.
- College / Post-Secondary Diploma/ Certificate
- 2+ years of experience
- Valid G Drivers License, access to vehicle
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- This position deals with sensitive information; extreme confidentiality is required.
