About the Role- Answering client phone calls
- Booking appointments
- Managing clients expectations
- Answering client emails
- Assisting in day-to-day tasks
- Delivering photo and video material to clients
- Helping with social media
- Print client booklets
- Bank runs
- Preferred one-year in an admin role or customer service type role
- Preferred but not required knowledge of Social Media Channels including Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook, Linked In & Twitter
- Preferred but not required knowledge of Constant Contact
- Casual dress
- Company events/ socials
Job Type: Part-time/Full-Time
Salary: $35,000.00-$40,000.00 per year to start
Schedule:
8 hour shift, Monday to Friday
Pay:
From $40,000.00 per year
Experience:
Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
