As an Senior Staff Accountant
, you’ll play a key leadership role in the assurance practice—guiding clients through financial complexities, managing audits and review engagements, and mentoring junior staff. This position provides hands‑on experience with diverse clients across industries and a clear path toward professional growth.

• Lead audit and review engagements, ensuring compliance with professional standards
• Prepare and review corporate and personal tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Oversee and review work prepared by junior and intermediate team members
• Prepare and finalize engagement files and financial statements
• Collaborate with partners on special projects and client draft meetings
• Mentor and coach junior staff, fostering growth and technical excellence
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide clear, insightful financial guidance

• CPA designation (completed or in progress)
• 2–3 years of experience in public accounting
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and CAS standards
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly and confidently
• A natural leadership style with a collaborative approach
