Bus Monitor
The Barre Unified Union School District is seeking Bus Monitors to assist in making sure all students are transported to and from school safely. This position is part-time with morning and afternoon bus runs.
Responsibilities- Dependable and timely arrival each day.
- Accurate collection of attendance data and completion of behavior reports at the end of each route.
- Remain calm and support students in any situation, including emergency situations.
- Maintain confidentiality with respect to your role, the families of students, and other information that may be shared around the school building.
- Enforce established bus rules.
- Work well with children of all ages.
- Other duties may be assigned by the Transportation Coordinator or Building Principals.
- Clear and effective communication.
- Citizenship, residency, or work visa required.
