At TT Electronics, we’re looking for enthusiastic and ambitious graduates to join our Commercial Graduate Programme – a brand-new, two-year scheme designed to accelerate your development and set you up for a meaningful, long-term career in business development and sales.
Role Overview And ResponsibilitiesStarting in September 2026, based at our Manufacturing facility in Barnstaple, Devon
, this programme puts you right at the heart of our manufacturing operations. From day one, you’ll gain hands‑on experience in inside sales and customer account management. Through a series of structured rotations across inside sales and new business development, you’ll build a strong commercial foundation while taking on real responsibility. You’ll learn how we use our CRM to manage opportunities and insights, contribute to the monthly reporting cycle, and develop your market awareness through regional workshops and hands‑on collaboration.
You’ll also gain exposure to bid preparation and, as your confidence grows, begin owning opportunities within the new business sales funnel.
Upon successful completion of the two-year scheme, you’ll have the opportunity to progress into a permanent role at TT Electronics, building a career that grows with you. If you’re looking for responsibility, variety, and the chance to leave your mark early in your career, this is where it begins!
