Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, we can discuss this further at interview.

Contract: 9 months Fixed term mat cover.

Salary: Up to £30,450 per annum

As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll work alongside the Store Manager to:

• Recruit,inspire & motivate a passionate team to exceed targets.
• Drive sales through promotions, excellent merchandising, and stock control.
• Createa fun, engaging environment for both customers and colleagues.
• Ensureoperational excellence, including audits, budgets, and stock management.

• Retailleadership experience
• Passion for customer service & sales.
• Strong decision-making & problem-solving skills.
• Aresults-driven mindset with a love for hitting targets.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers – with full training provided (Optional)
