Ruda has multiple food and beverage offerings over different venues, and as such can offer hours to suit most, and a varied working environment.

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with company standards
• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive guest services throughout their visit
• Take orders accurately, process payments, and handle cash or card transactions efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including cleaning glasses, utensils, and work surfaces
• Restock bar supplies and ensure all stock is stored correctly and safely
• Upsell premium drinks or special offers to enhance guest experience and maximise sales opportunities
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies
• Assist in food preparation or service when required, supporting overall restaurant operations
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service

• Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or bar work is preferred but not essential; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
• Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service is desirable
• Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
• Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good organisational skills with attention to detail in order taking and presentation
• Experience with food preparation or culinary activities is a bonus but not mandatory
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or public holidays as required by the business schedule
