You will hold a varied and stimulating caseload, covering a broad range of disabilities, health conditions, and levels of complexity.

As a Community Occupational Therapist within Care Direct Plus, you will be a valued member of the team, delivering person‑centred assessments and interventions within the framework of social care and health legislation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess the needs of adults with a wide range of disabilities and health conditions.
  • Support individuals to maximise independence, manage risk and improve safety.
  • Hold and manage your own caseload with appropriate supervision.
