Administrator – Kier Group

We’re looking for an Administrator to join our Network Service Alliance team based in Barnstaple.

Location: Barnstaple
Hours: 39.5 hours per week
Note: No certificates of sponsorship will be offered for this role.

What will you be responsible for?

As an Administrator, you will support the Network Service Alliance team in processing and finalizing feedback from teams to ensure timely submission of work orders, monitoring and updating spreadsheets and databases, handling general administrative tasks, and managing filing systems.

Your Day to Day Will Include
  • Checking and completing feedback from the teams to enable the work orders to be submitted
  • General administration duties and filing
  • Monitoring and updating various spreadsheets and databases
What are we looking for?
  • Previous experience in admin roles with good attention to detail, organisational skills, and a proactive approach to work
  • Excellent IT and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of spreadsheets and databases
