Administrator – Property Compliance

We are currently seeking a highly organised Administrator to support our Lettings Hub with a focus on property compliance.

This is a part-time position, working 20 hours per week over 5 days (Monday to Friday) 9am to 1pm on a 12 month fixed term contract.

• Managing compliance-related administration for our rental properties (e.g. gas safety, electrical certificates etc.)
• Liaising with contractors, landlords, and tenants to ensure all safety and legal compliance checks are scheduled and completed on time
• Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems in line with company procedures
• Supporting the wider Lettings Hub with general administration as required

• Strong administrative experience, ideally within property, compliance, or a regulated industry
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confidence in communicating professionally with contractors, tenants, and landlords
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• A proactive approach and ability to manage a varied workload independently
