Imagine this It's 7am. You pull into the car park, coffee in hand, knowing exactly how your day is going to run. No weekends. No last-minute overtime. No chaos for the sake of it. Just a well-run warehouse, a small team that looks to you for leadership, and the chance to genuinely shape how things are done. You walk into a 33,000 sq ft warehouse - organised, busy, and full of potential.

Around 2,500 pallet spaces, raw ingredients moving in and out, orders to pick, pack and ship. It's a hands-on operation, and you're right at the centre of it. This is a brand-new Warehouse Supervisor role, created because the business is growing. A multi-million-pound UK SME with ambitious plans, including warehouse expansion and the rollout of a bespoke WMS in the coming months.

They want someone who doesn't just keep things ticking over - but improves, refines, and takes pride in running a tight ship. You'll lead a small team of two, one of whom is an apprentice. That means your experience, patience and ability to coach really matters here. You'll be trusted to run the day-to-day:

• Managing deliveries and collections
• Unloading tankers and pallets
• Moving stock, picking, packing and labelling
• Using hand scanners and barcode systems
• Maintaining stock accuracy and control
• Keeping the warehouse clean, safe and compliant
