What You'll Be Doing Day To Day As Transport Operations Manager , you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring a safe, legally compliant, and cost-effective transport operation within our Hub environment. Reporting to the Transport General Manager, you'll support shift planning, performance, compliance, and service delivery while continuously improving systems and processes to meet evolving business needs. You'll lead and develop Shift Managers, champion best-in-class fuel efficiency through telemetry systems, and use data to influence performance and drive measurable results.

From peak planning and cost control to compliance audits and KPI improvement plans, you'll be instrumental in shaping a high-performance, people-focused culture that delivers first-class service to both internal and external customers. Responsibilities
