Benefits Competitive salary up to £45,000, depending on experience Ongoing training including manufacturer courses and technical updates Investment in cutting-edge diagnostic equipment and technology Supportive, family-oriented working environment with clear career progression Monday to Friday schedule, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with no weekend work 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing with length of service Duties Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults utilizing advanced diagnostic tools Carry out complex repairs, including clutch replacements, cambelt and timing belt changes, and engine work Support and mentor junior technicians to foster team development Keep abreast of evolving vehicle technologies through continuous professional development Maintain workshop efficiency and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Adhere to manufacturer standards and quality benchmarks in all work performed Requirements Qualified Vehicle or Diagnostic Technician (Level 3 NVQ or equivalent) Strong knowledge of modern vehicle diagnostic systems and heavy mechanical skills Ability to work confidently both independently and collaboratively within a team Willingness to develop skills through ongoing training Reliable, motivated, and committed to delivering top-quality workmanship This vacancy as a Diagnostic Technician offers an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled individual to join a forward-thinking, well-respected garage that truly values its staff.
