• Preparing vehicles and panels for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming
• Mixing paints and materials accurately to manufacturer specifications as a skilled Paint Technician
• Applying paint finishes using spray equipment to a high-quality, factory-standard finish
• Carrying out colour matching and blending to ensure seamless repairs
• Rectifying paint defects such as runs, sags, and inclusions
• Ensuring all paintwork meets quality control and manufacturer standards expected of a professional Paint Technician
• Maintaining a clean and safe paint booth and working environment
• Completing job cards and repair documentation accurately
• Working closely with MET technicians and panel technicians to deliver completed vehicles on time

• Proven experience as a Paint Technician
• Strong knowledge of water-based and solvent-based paint systems
• Ability to work independently and to deadlines
• ATA accreditation or equivalent (desirable but not essential)
