Work pattern: MON - Friday 16:00 - 19:00 (15 hours per week)

Salary: £10,062.00 per annum with benefits

• Manage standards to meet contractual obligations
• Support in self‑auditing to maintain quality
• Manage stock ordering and inventory
• Deliver toolbox talks
• Lead and motivate the cleaning team to maximise performance
• Perform cleaning duties as required
• Arrange cover for sickness and annual leave

• Create a positive working environment that encourages development
• Lead by example and act as a hands‑on train‑the‑trainer

• Recognise and act on both good and poor performance appropriately

Must undergo BPSS level vetting, including DBS clearance (ability to pass is essential).

• Identity Verification (passport, photo , birth certificate, etc.)
• Employment History (past 3 years) – gaps may require HMRC statements
• Right to Work Status in the UK (citizenship or valid share code)
• Unspent Criminal Record – disclosure of any convictions
• Significant Periods Abroad – any 6+ month periods within the last 3 years

• Previous cleaning experience
• Ideally BICS trained
• Experience in a leading role
• Excellent understanding of cleaning processes, materials and equipment
