The Vet Office is recruiting a Head Veterinary Surgeon to lead a friendly, well-established small animal practice in Barnsley
.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior clinician who enjoys leading teams, shaping clinical standards
, and mentoring colleagues, while remaining hands-on in practice.

• 4-day working week
• 1 in 4 weekends
• No OOH (on-call only for overnight inpatients if required)
• Diverse and interesting caseload

• Strong small animal clinical background
• Previous senior or leadership experience
• Passion for gold-standard, evidence-based care
• Confident coaching and developing a clinical team

• Salary £70,000–£90,000 DOE
