Registered Domiciliary Manager

Daytime Healthcare is assisting a National Homecare Organisation that is looking for a Registered Manager to join the team in Barnsley, South Yorkshire. A Registered Manager will take the helm of our service, ensuring the highest standards of care and support. You'll lead a dedicated team, oversee service delivery, and work collaboratively with colleagues and senior management to drive excellence and innovation.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a management/supervisory role within a health and social care setting.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and person‑centred care principles.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it).
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
